King Felipe VI Receives General Al-Burhan at Royal Palace in Seville

His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain received General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, President of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council, at the Royal Palace in Seville. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development, hosted by the city of Seville. General Al-Burhan’s participation in the conference comes in response to an official invitation extended by the United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, and the Prime Minister of Spain. The conference brings together high-level leaders and representatives of international organizations to strengthen global efforts in supporting sustainable development programs and explore financing mechanisms for developing countries.
