Port Sudan – July 3, 2025 –
The Governor of Red Sea State, Lt. Gen. Mustafa Mohamed Nour, met today with Youssef Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairman and General Manager of Adonis Company, which specializes in agriculture and investment. The meeting was held at the Governor’s office in the presence of Nadia Nasser, Director of the State Investment Authority.
Following the meeting, Mr. Ibrahim stated that discussions focused on launching a series of investment projects in the state, particularly the implementation of greenhouse farming facilities. He confirmed the company’s readiness to commence construction and installation of the necessary infrastructure to support the initiative.
He added that the Governor expressed full support for investment in the region, noting that ample opportunities exist across both agricultural and mineral sectors. Adonis Company plans to begin operations on a significant scale within the Tokar Agricultural Project, where it will implement greenhouses for cotton cultivation.
